The Insurance Compliance Analyst position is responsible for researching and managing the compliance and the issuance of certificates assuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding insurance policies.  

Responsibilities

  • Issuance of certificates for client’s customers.
  • Collection of client’s vendor certificates.
  • Maintain certificate database.
  • Cultivating and maintaining good working relationships with our clients, their clients and within the COI Team.
  • Providing prompt responses to all inquiries (verbal and written) in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Resolving day-to-day service issues as they may develop.
  • Ensuring that all targets are met (or exceeded), to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Ability to tailor solutions to meet the client’s requirements within the scope of our system capabilities.
  • Possess excellent time management, communication, problem-solving and relationship building skills.

Education and/or Experience                                                                    

Have 2-5 years of insurance industry experience related to certificates of insurance within a brokerage environment.

 

Computer Skills                                                               

Proficient in Microsoft Office software:   Word, Excel

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

None required.
