The Senior Medical Malpractice Claim Representative will be a remote position and is responsible for handling of all aspects of a claims file from beginning to conclusion, including investigation, determination of liability, confirmation of coverage, establishment of damages, negotiation and settlement of claims and litigation management. The preferred candidate would be a licensed attorney with ten years of experience managing portfolios of complex, high severity medical malpractice and general liability claims, and a history of delivering superior claims outcomes for various HealthCare Systems, Hospitals, Physician Groups, Captives, RRGs.
This position requires a demonstrated ability to perform the basic functions of claims administration with the breadth of knowledge and expertise of a seasoned professional. This job also may require mentorship to trainees, other Claim Representatives and non-claim professionals. The Senior Claim Representative will be required to work directly with the clients in connection with the management of their claims programs.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Licensed attorney with ten years of experience managing portfolios of complex, high severity medical malpractice and general liability claims, and a history of delivering superior claims outcomes for various HealthCare Systems, Hospitals, Physician Groups, Captives, RRGs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, general database experience and Internet communication.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile liability coverage.
