    The BPU Processor is responsible for assisting in special projects and the day-to-day input of bills.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily input of bills with high degree of accuracy, for both hard copy bills and bill images through document management system. 
    • To have functioning knowledge of Bill Reviewer’s on line systems for bill look up purposes. 
    • Assist in bill pulls.
    • Assist in working provider/claims queues in Stratacare. 
    • Respond to emails from adjuster’s company-wide in a professional manner 
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 
    • Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours for the performance of this position. 
    • Responsive to internal and external client needs. 
    • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally. 
    • Ability to get along with others

    Education and/or Experience                                                                    

    High school graduate or equivalent

     

    Computer Skills                                                               

    Ability to operate the following personal computer Windows software packages:   Word and Excel

     

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    None required.
