💵 Starting Pay: $23.08/hour ($45,000 annually)
📅 Status: Full-Time, In-Office

LevelUP is CCMSI’s paid, full-time training program designed to build the next generation of Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters. Over the course of 12 months, you’ll receive hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experience to fast-track your path into an impactful and stable career.

This is not an internship or a short-term rotation—it’s the first step in a long-term professional journey in the insurance industry.

💼 What is LevelUP?

• A 12-month training and development program designed for early-career professionals or recent grads

• You’ll learn all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claim handling—from investigation to resolution

• Structured curriculum, real-world case work, and continuous mentorship

• Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a full-time Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative role

🚀 What You'll Be Doing:

• Participate in classroom-style and hands-on training modules

• Assist with reviewing claims, gathering facts, and learning claims systems

• Shadow experienced adjusters and handle tasks with increasing responsibility

• Build skills in communication, negotiation, documentation, and decision-making

• Work on real claims with oversight as your knowledge and confidence grow
