Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary: $25.00/hr-$29.00/hr  (Hourly) 
Schedule: Hybrid—In-office daily during training and then hybrid.

 

Note: Hybrid schedules may adjust based on performance and attendance.

 

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate of the base pay range for this role, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of pay. Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

  • Managing medical-only workers’ compensation claims in accordance with company standards and applicable laws.
  • Establishing and recommending reserves under supervision.
  • Approving or negotiating medical invoices and monitoring ongoing treatment.
  • Summarizing medical records and correspondence in claim logs.
  • Assisting with claim file setup, documentation, and closure.
  • Providing clerical and technical support to the claims team.
  • Complying with corporate claim standards and special client handling instructions.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:
Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Prior claims handling or insurance experience.
  • Adjuster License (Preferred)
