Workers' Compensation Claim Consultant ( IL, IN, WI, IA, MI, KY, NE )
Location: Lisle, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (May be flexible)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after initial training (60-90 days); Hybrid status is contingent on performance and attendance.
Hybrid Preferred, Remote Possible
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate of the base pay range for this role, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of pay. The Workers' Compensation Claim Consultant is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned claims. Focus may include: Retail, Manufacturing, Municipal, Temporary staff, Trucking, & Ambulance. This position may be used as an advanced training position for consideration of promotion to a more senior level claim position. Accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients and within our corporate claim standards.
Education and/or Experience
3 or more years claims experience is required.
3 or more years of Indemnity WC experience
State/Jurisdiction Experience:IL, IN, WI, IA, MI, KY, NE
Bachelor degree is preferred.
Computer Skills
Proficient using MicroSoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Adjuster's license required: KY, MI, TX for reciprocity
