Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Hybrid after initial training (In-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other Wednesday)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Note: Hybrid schedules may adjust based on performance and attendance.

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative I to join our Las Vegas team. This role offers the opportunity to manage Nevada jurisdiction claims from inception to resolution across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers’ compensation lost time claims for the Nevada jurisdiction.
Ensure compliance with client-specific handling instructions and CCMSI’s Best Practices.
Manage a multi-account desk, maintaining timely and accurate documentation.
Communicate professionally with claimants, clients, providers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the life of each claim.
Required:
Active Nevada Workers’ Compensation Adjuster License
Previous experience handling workers’ compensation claims
Proficiency in claim documentation and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Experience handling Nevada lost time claims
Ability to navigate multiple client programs and instructions simultaneously
Training and Support
Training is conducted primarily one-on-one and tailored to the needs of each employee. The length of training may vary depending on prior experience, with a focus on ensuring long-term success in the role.
Performance Measurement
Performance is evaluated based on adherence to client handling instructions, CCMSI Best Practices, quality assurance audits, and overall claim file performance.
