Multi-Line Claim Consultant
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $65,000 – $78,000 annually
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after initial in-office training (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

The Multi-Line Claim Consultant is responsible for the full lifecycle handling of complex bodily injury and property damage claims across multiple jurisdictions. This role supports a high-profile, national automotive account, providing quality service aligned with corporate and client-specific claim handling standards. This position is part of a small, growing team with significant opportunity for advancement.
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve multi-line claims from inception to closure
Establish and maintain appropriate reserves within authority
Review and authorize payments, legal invoices, damage estimates, and other related documentation
Negotiate claim settlements in accordance with CCMSI standards and applicable state laws
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., legal counsel, surveillance, case management)
Monitor and pursue subrogation opportunities
Maintain timely documentation and claim system diaries
Prepare reports on claim status, reserve changes, and payments
Participate in hearings, mediations, and legal conferences as needed
Assist with client claim reviews and training as requested
Minimum of 5 years of claims experience handling both bodily injury and property damage
Prior experience managing files independently from start to resolution
Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience adjusting multi-line claims in a TPA environment
