We’re currently seeking a Multi-Line Claim Consultant to join our National Accounts team. This fully remote position specializes in commercial trucking claims and requires strong experience in auto liability, bodily injury, and litigation. You’ll be adjusting more complex multi-jurisdictional claims with a focus on accuracy, timely resolution, and superior client service.
Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with company guidelines and jurisdictional requirements
Focus primarily on commercial auto/trucking losses involving auto liability, property damage, and bodily injury
Analyze litigation exposure and manage litigated files, including attending mediations and legal proceedings when appropriate
Establish and monitor reserves, approve payments, and negotiate settlements within your authority
Coordinate and oversee vendors such as legal counsel, surveillance, or case management providers
Communicate proactively with claimants, clients, and other key stakeholders
Contribute to client reviews, team meetings, and internal training efforts
Maintain diary, document claim activity accurately, and comply with corporate handling standards
5+ years of recent experience in multi-line claims adjusting
Commercial trucking claim handling experience required
Strong knowledge of auto liability, BI, and litigation strategies
Home state adjuster’s license required; multiple state licenses highly preferred
Solid negotiation, organizational, and written communication skills
Experience handling national accounts or high-exposure losses a plus
