We are seeking a Multi-Line Claim Representative II to handle complex commercial auto liability claims for national accounts. This fully remote role offers steady weekday hours, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated client group that values responsive, high-quality service.
Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line liability claims with a focus on commercial auto and trucking exposures
Review and approve medical, legal, and vendor invoices; resolve disputed bills
Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys in line with client expectations and state guidelines
Authorize claim payments within your settlement authority
Collaborate with and supervise defense counsel as needed
Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities
Prepare detailed claim summaries, payment reports, and reserve updates
Maintain compliance with CCMSI’s service standards and client-specific handling protocols
Participate in excess reporting and quality audits as required
2+ years of relevant multi-line or commercial auto liability adjusting experience
Strong background in trucking claims, auto liability, and bodily injury
Active home state adjuster license (multi-state licensing preferred)
Strong negotiation, organization, and written communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
