At CCMSI, we’re looking for a motivated early-career recruiting professional to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a nationwide third-party administrator (TPA), we specialize in workers’ compensation and liability claims, and our people are our most important investment.
In this hybrid role, you’ll complete a 60-day in-office training period before transitioning to a flexible schedule with two remote workdays per week. You’ll partner with hiring managers across multiple locations in the United States to manage requisitions, source talent, and support full-cycle recruiting.

Manage assigned requisitions from opening to hire across multiple locations.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative strategies.
Schedule and conduct interviews while maintaining strong candidate communication.
Extend offers and initiate pre-employment screenings (background/reference checks).
Track candidate data and progress using our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
Partner with hiring managers to ensure quality hires and timely communication.
Support recruiting events and virtual job fairs as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
