Position Title: Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative II
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office 1 day/week after training)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible)
Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 annually
License/Certification Required: Active Arizona Adjuster’s License + ICA Adjuster Authorization

We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative II to manage supportive care and LEC claims for a dedicated municipal client in Arizona. The role is hybrid, with one in-office day per week following the initial training period. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of Arizona WC law, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to meet regulatory and client expectations.
Investigate and manage lost time Arizona WC claims in accordance with CCBP standards and client-specific protocols
Coordinate medical care and evaluate supportive care and LEC benefits
Set and maintain reserves within established authority levels
Review, approve, and dispute medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices as needed
Communicate regularly with injured workers, providers, attorneys, and municipal client contacts
Negotiate settlements and participate in litigation strategy with defense counsel
Maintain timely documentation and accurate claim files per CCMSI and client guidelines
Monitor and report subrogation and excess claims when applicable
Ensure diary and payment entries remain current and compliant
Participate in internal audits, client reviews, and team meetings as required
3+ years of experience managing lost time workers’ compensation claims in Arizona
Active Arizona Adjuster’s License
ICA adjuster authorization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and deadline-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience handling claims for municipal or public sector clients
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Associate degree or higher
AIC, ARM, or other industry designation
Compliance with CCMSI Corporate Claims Best Practice standards and client handling instructions
Accuracy of documentation and timeliness of claim decisions
Responsiveness to client and claimant communication
File quality and audit results
Client satisfaction and relationship management
