🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT (37.5 hours/week)
💲 $21.00–$23.00 per hour

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Medical Only Claim Representative to join our team. In this fully remote position, you’ll report to our Little Rock, AR branch and manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims for a variety of accounts and industries across the Arkansas jurisdiction. Manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims from initial setup to resolution
File state forms and issue appropriate benefits per statutory requirements
Review and approve related medical bills and invoices
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in claim notes
Support the broader claim team by assisting with assigned tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with client handling instructions and CCMSI Best Practices
Required:
2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation or insurance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with reliable follow-through in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Arkansas workers’ compensation laws
Familiarity with medical terminology
Prior experience supporting multiple clients or jurisdictions
Annual performance review
Timely and accurate claims handling
Adherence to client instructions and regulatory requirements

The posted wage reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation or bonuses.
