Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid (in-office every Tuesday after training)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT
Salary Range: $54,000–$64,000 annually
Client Focus: Single dedicated account, mixed desk
Jurisdiction: Texas (TX Adjuster’s License Required)

Job Summary

As a Workers' Compensation Claim Representative I, you’ll investigate and adjust Texas jurisdiction claims under direct supervision. You’ll support a single dedicated client, managing a variety of tasks including review of medical and legal documents, communication with claimants and attorneys, and claim resolution. This role offers strong growth potential, and may serve as an advanced training position for promotion to more senior roles.

 

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims in compliance with CCMSI Best Practices and client-specific guidelines

  • Review and approve medical, legal, and other invoices

  • Make timely payments within settlement authority

  • Negotiate settlements and assist with legal oversight

  • Monitor subrogation opportunities and manage reserves

  • Document claim activity and maintain compliance with all service metrics

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to our client

 

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Required: Active Texas Workers’ Compensation Adjuster’s License

  • 3+ years of workers' compensation or related insurance experience

  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Timeliness of payments and communications

  • Accuracy of documentation and diary compliance

Compensation & Compliance

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
