As a Multi-Line Claim Supervisor, you will lead a team of up to six adjusters handling a diverse portfolio of hospitality and municipality claims, with a strong focus on litigated general liability and premises liability matters. You’ll oversee a caseload of approximately 450 files spanning multiple jurisdictions—primarily on the West Coast but with nationwide exposure.
This role requires exceptional leadership, technical claims expertise, and the ability to mentor adjusters in complex litigation strategy. You will ensure compliance with corporate standards, meet client expectations, and drive continuous improvement across your team.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of adjusters handling high-exposure, litigated general liability and premises liability claims.
Provide technical oversight on coverage interpretation, liability assessment, and damages evaluation.
Review and approve reserves, settlements, and litigation strategies within authority limits.
Monitor compliance with diary and reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to Corporate Claim Standards and client-specific handling instructions.
Partner with the Division Trainer and management to structure training and development plans for adjusters.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and transparency.
Participate in and respond to internal and client/carrier audits.
Travel up to 10% for client meetings, training, or audits.
DHS or Home State Adjuster License.
Minimum 10 years of multi-line claims experience.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience (preferred).
Proven expertise in litigated general liability and premises liability claims.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Hospitality claims experience.
Municipality claims experience.
AIC, CPCU, or ARM designation.
Experience handling multi-jurisdictional claims.
Claim file audit scores.
Oversight of diary compliance and adjuster performance.
Effectiveness in managing litigation and settlement outcomes.
Quality of mentorship and staff development.

Compensation & Compliance
The salary range for this position is based on experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a remote position with required availability during MST business hours. The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
