Build Your Career With Purpose at CCMSI

At CCMSI, we’re not just in the business of claims administration—we’re in the business of people. As an employee-owned company and a Great Place to Work®, we’re committed to providing a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, your contributions matter, and your professional growth is supported.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone to simply fill requisitions — we’re looking for a strategic recruiting partner who thrives on owning their territory and making a measurable impact. In this role, you’ll manage recruiting for approximately 11 branches and teams — each with its own unique culture, priorities, and hiring challenges. You’ll juggle competing priorities, navigate multiple time zones, and immerse yourself in understanding each location’s market, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs.

At CCMSI, Talent Acquisition Partners are not “order takers.” We are strategic business partners who:

  • Anticipate turnover, succession, and retirement needs before they happen.

  • Maintain deep relationships with hiring managers and teams.

  • Source proactively to build pipelines — not just reactively “filling open positions.”

  • Ensure every hire aligns with our culture, values, and long-term business goals.

If you’re energized by building relationships, creating sourcing strategies, and influencing hiring decisions at a high level, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own your region: Manage requisitions from opening to hire for ~11 branches in multiple states.

  • Know your markets: Understand each location’s talent landscape, competitors, and cultural nuances.

  • Be a partner, not just a recruiter: Advise on internal equity, potential turnover risks, and future hiring needs.

  • Source creatively: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and non-traditional methods to find top talent.

  • Communicate relentlessly: Keep hiring managers informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the process.

  • Measure success: Track and report on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, with exposure to full-cycle recruiting (agency or corporate).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and insights.

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS strongly preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and comfort with virtual collaboration tools.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting multi-location or regional recruiting.

  • Exposure to sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, etc.) and creative outreach strategies.

  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance as it relates to recruiting.

What You’ll Gain

  • Ownership of your territory and the freedom to drive your own sourcing strategies.

  • A seat at the table in hiring decisions that shape the company’s future.

  • A values-driven culture where integrity, enthusiasm, and service come first.

  • Career growth within a top-ranked employee-owned company.

What We Offer

  • Generous PTO: 4 weeks in your first year + 10 paid holidays.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), ESOP, and more.
  • Professional Development: Structured onboarding, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities.

Compensation & Compliance

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.

CCMSI offers a comprehensive benefits package, which will be reviewed during the hiring process. Please contact our hiring team with any questions about compensation or benefits.
