Location: Maitland, FL – Hybrid (after initial in-office training)
Work Arrangement: In office 3 days / remote 2 days, alternating weekly after initial training period (first few months primarily in-office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
Salary Range: $90,000–$115,000 annually
Client Types: Multiple accounts across industries such as retail, trucking, road construction, and warehouse operations
Performance Metrics: Client satisfaction, client renewals, and collaboration feedback
Travel: Yes - nation wide travel (up to three trips per quarter)

As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between CCMSI and multiple client accounts in diverse industries. You’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and helping clients achieve their goals. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, executives, external vendors, and internal claims teams.
Read and interpret client contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting results, trends, and recommendations.
Monitor program performance, track renewals, and contribute to client service strategies.
Provide financial, operational, and risk management analyses to clients as needed.
Partner with claims teams to resolve client issues and maintain best practices.
Travel as needed for meetings, client reviews, and presentations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with executives and clients confidently.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining collaboration with colleagues.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
Background in risk management, customer service, or actuarial fields a strong plus.

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
