Ready to launch a career in insurance but not sure where to start?
CCMSI’s Workers’ Compensation Claim Associate I – LevelUP Program is a full-time, paid training program that prepares you to become a Workers’ Compensation Adjuster in just 12–16 months.
This is an entry-level role—no insurance experience required. Whether you’re a recent graduate looking for your first professional opportunity or a career-changer ready for something new, LevelUP gives you the skills, mentorship, and real-world experience to thrive in the claims industry.
Many of our most successful adjusters started as teachers, nurses, police officers, veterans, and customer service professionals. If you’re looking for a career change where your skills transfer directly—and where advancement is clear—our LevelUP program may be right for you.
As a paid Claim Associate I, you’ll work in our Reno, NV office while participating in a structured training curriculum. You’ll start by assisting with medical-only claims and gradually take on more responsibility—learning investigation, evaluation, customer communication, and settlement skills under close supervision. With each step, you’ll be supported by your team, guided by mentors, and measured on clear milestones.
When you successfully complete the program, you’ll be eligible to advance to a Claim Associate II and ultimately a Claim Representative I role, where you’ll manage your own caseload of workers’ compensation claims.
Please note: This is a career pathway training program designed to develop you into a claims adjuster within the TPA space. It is not an HR, risk management, or employer-side role.
