Position Title: Workers’ Compensation Claim Supervisor
Location: Remote – Reporting to Little Rock, AR Branch
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT
Salary Range: $78,000–$80,000 annually

The Workers’ Compensation Claim Supervisor is responsible for supervising 3–4 team members handling multiple client accounts in the Arkansas jurisdiction. This position may also carry a very small caseload of workers’ compensation claims while ensuring team compliance with corporate standards, client expectations, and state regulations. Key focus areas include litigation management, Arkansas form filing, and guiding staff toward consistent, high-quality claim outcomes.
Supervise daily claim activity across multiple accounts to ensure compliance with Arkansas law, corporate claim standards, and client-specific handling instructions.
Review, assign, and oversee litigated and complex claims, providing direction on strategy and resolution.
Provide guidance and oversight on medical, legal, and invoice management; negotiate disputed bills or settlements as appropriate.
Support team development through education, training, and mentoring of claim staff.
Establish and monitor reserves within authority levels; authorize payments within company standards.
Maintain oversight of litigation management and Arkansas form filing requirements.
Carry a small caseload of claims, as needed, to support client service and team balance.
Required
10+ years of workers’ compensation claim experience.
Arkansas Adjuster’s License.
Litigation management and Arkansas form filing knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to supervise, coach, and develop a claims team.
Preferred
3+ years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Professional designations such as AIC, CPCU, or ARM.
Quality of claim handling and client satisfaction.
Compliance with Arkansas jurisdictional requirements and CCMSI standards.
Team performance measured through annual reviews.

Salary range for this position is $78,000–$80,000 annually. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications.
