Administrative Support
Location: Dallas, TX – In-Office (No Remote Opportunity)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our Utilization Review and Administrative Support team in our Dallas office. This in-office role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by supporting adjusters, nurses, and staff with clerical and administrative functions.
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of medical terminology and anatomy-related information.
Assist with medical coding (ICD-10, CPT codes) while staying current with medical terminology and coding standards.
Open, sort, and distribute daily mail to adjusters and nursing staff.
Operate and maintain office equipment (mail machine, fax, copier, printers, phone system) and provide backup support to the receptionist as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client-focused team.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills with reliable attendance.
Preferred:
Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate.
Familiarity with medical terminology and coding.
Prior administrative or office support experience.
Accuracy and timeliness of data entry and coding.
Effective communication with internal staff.
Reliability and consistency in attendance during client service hours.
