Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our Utilization Review and Administrative Support team in our Dallas office. This in-office role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by supporting adjusters, nurses, and staff with clerical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of medical terminology and anatomy-related information.

  • Assist with medical coding (ICD-10, CPT codes) while staying current with medical terminology and coding standards.

  • Open, sort, and distribute daily mail to adjusters and nursing staff.

  • Operate and maintain office equipment (mail machine, fax, copier, printers, phone system) and provide backup support to the receptionist as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client-focused team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills with reliable attendance.

Preferred:

  • Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding.

  • Prior administrative or office support experience.

Performance Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness of data entry and coding.

  • Effective communication with internal staff.

  • Reliability and consistency in attendance during client service hours.

Compensation & Compliance

The posted hourly rate reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
