Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually

The Multi-Line Claim Representative II is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of commercial trucking and auto claims across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage a national, multi-account desk and handle a diverse portfolio of property and casualty claims for our clients in the transportation and logistics industries.
This position requires strong customer service, analytical, and written communication skills, with the ability to evaluate coverage, determine liability, and ensure timely and fair claim resolution.
Investigate, evaluate, and adjust commercial auto and general liability claims in accordance with company and client standards.
Determine coverage, establish reserves, and ensure accurate claim documentation.
Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors throughout the claim process.
Review and analyze police reports, repair estimates, and medical records as needed.
Negotiate settlements in line with state laws and client expectations.
Maintain diary control and compliance with corporate claim handling standards.
Monitor potential subrogation and coordinate with internal resources for recovery.
Ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with policy terms and authority limits.
Collaborate with team members and management to share knowledge and maintain consistent claim quality.
Required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience adjusting property and casualty claims (Auto and/or General Liability).
Current Adjuster’s License in home state and ability to obtain reciprocal state licenses as needed.
Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and sound judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred:
Experience handling commercial trucking and automobile claims.
Litigation experience or familiarity with legal processes involving auto liability claims.
Accuracy and timeliness of claim handling and documentation.
Quality of claim file audits and annual performance reviews.
