Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: In-office for the first 6 months; potential hybrid schedule thereafter
Hourly Rate: $20–$22/hour (dependent on experience)

Job Summary 

 

The Treasury Funding Implementation Specialist supports client funding implementation and ongoing treasury processes by performing entry-level accounting, data analysis, and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate funding calculations, timely documentation, and strong internal coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a comfort level working with numbers and systems, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

 

Responsibilities

 

When we hire Treasury team members at CCMSI, we look for detail-oriented individuals who value accuracy, take responsibility for their work, and are motivated to learn and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Perform entry-level bookkeeping, data processing, and accounting functions, including complex clerical tasks as needed.
  2. Compile and analyze client funding data to calculate amounts based on established schedules and frequency.
  3. Research and follow up with claims adjusters to resolve outstanding issues.
  4. Support preparation of backup documentation for bank reconciliations as needed.
  5. Assist with ACH transfers when required.
  6. Prepare and file client implementation documents and conduct six-month follow-ups.
  7. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental goals.
  8. Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance during standard business hours.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1–3 years of experience in a business, administrative, accounting, or financial environment

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice to Have:

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Banking or treasury-related experience

  • Experience with accounting software a plus but not required

  • Compensation: The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
