Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Claim Assistant to join our Carson City, NV office. This is a 100% in‑office role supporting a busy, fast‑paced claims environment and a team of three or more adjusters. If you thrive in a structured setting, enjoy staying organized, and want a role where accuracy and efficiency make a real impact, this is an excellent opportunity.
This position focuses on clerical and administrative support for our claims team, including new claim setup, appointment scheduling, medical provider coordination, document management, and processing medical bills. Bilingual Spanish skills are helpful but not required.

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
