Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor
Location: Carson City, Nevada - Hybrid (after initial training period)
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (PST)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $99,000

10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Strong understanding of Nevada's Workers’ Compensation regulations, claim practices, and compliance requirements.
Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license in Nevada or ability to obtain required licensing for Nevada within 60 days of hire, if applicable.
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.
Working knowledge of entry- and mid-level WC adjusting roles and workflows.
Reliable attendance during established client service hours for the Carson City, Nevada Branch.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry certifications such as (Certification – e.g., SIP, WCP, AIC).

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
