Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor
Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm (PST) Hybrid schedule after initial training. (In office 2-3 days a week)
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000

The Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor is responsible for the investigation, adjustment, and supervision of assigned workers’ compensation claims. This position oversees a mix of moderate to high complexity claims, including those with litigation exposure, and requires experience managing litigated claims. The role supports multiple accounts, requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires the ability to motivate and develop team members, while also remaining actively engaged in the work to ensure employees stay current and supported. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of motivation, a willingness to work additional hours when needed, and a commitment to contributing to both team and client success.

10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Strong understanding of Nevada Workers’ Compensation regulations, claim practices, and compliance requirements.
Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license in Nevada
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.
Working knowledge of all levels of WC adjusting roles and workflows.
Reliable attendance during established client service hours for the Reno, Nevada branch office
Prior supervisory or people-lead experience within Workers’ Compensation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting Multiple accounts.

Compensation: The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
