Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor
Location: Concod, CA (reporting remotely)
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (PST)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

The Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor is responsible for the investigation, adjustment, and supervision of assigned claims. This position may be used as an advanced training role for consideration for promotion to a management position. The Supervisor is accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients and in accordance with Corporate Claim Standards.
This role requires significant experience handling primarily California workers’ compensation claims of moderate complexity, including managing litigated cases. The Supervisor will oversee claims across multiple and diverse client accounts, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and service delivery standards.

10+ years of California Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Strong understanding of California Workers’ Compensation regulations, claim practices, and compliance requirements.
Active SIP certification.
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.
Working knowledge of entry- and mid-level WC adjusting roles and workflows.
Reliable attendance during established client service hours for the Concord, CA branch office.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing claims for healthcare-related accounts

Compensation: The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
