Colorado Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado
Schedule: Flexible schedule with defined core hours, determined upon hire. (typical schedule is 8:00am - 4:30pm MST)
Hybrid Schedule after initial training period.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

The Workers’ Compensation Claim Supervisor oversees the investigation, adjustment, and supervision of assigned claims while ensuring high-quality service for CCMSI clients. This role also offers a pathway for growth into future management opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable handling complex claims, managing multiple accounts across various industries, and regularly communicating with clients. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience handling Colorado workers’ compensation claims, including indemnity claims. Experience with Utah claims is a plus.

10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Strong understanding of Colorado Workers’ Compensation regulations, claim practices, and compliance requirements.
Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license in Colorado
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.
Working knowledge of entry- and high level WC adjusting roles and workflows.
Reliable attendance during established client service hours for the Greenwood Village Branch
3+ years supervisory or people-lead experience within Workers’ Compensation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry certifications
Experience supporting multiple accounts, if applicable.
