Required:
- 5+ years of multi-line claims handling experience.
- Experience investigating, evaluating, and resolving liability claims.
- Experience handling litigated claims.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Home State Adjusters License is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience handling Auto Liability claims.
- Experience handling General Liability claims.
- Experience handling Municipal Liability claims.
- Experience managing claims across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience working within a TPA environment.
- Experience supporting multiple client accounts.
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency — highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors, but not required.

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
