We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claim Supervisor, Technical to oversee and manage the investigation, adjustment, and supervision of assigned workers’ compensation claims in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. This role specifically focuses on claims supervision and technical oversight, without direct people management responsibilities.   The ideal candidate will hold a Connecticut and/or Rhode Island claims adjuster license. This position is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence three days per week and remote work two days per week. Minimal travel is expected for claim reviews, meetings, and training sessions.   Responsibilities include ensuring the quality and accuracy of workers’ compensation claim services aligned with CCMSI clients’ expectations and Corporate Claim Standards.
