Accountable for the quality of claim service as perceived by CCMSI clients and within Corporate Claim Standards.   All Claim Associate II LU’s will be expected to be promoted into a Claim Representative I position once they have achieved the necessary skills and competencies (per the LevelUP requirements). Refusal to accept the advancement to Claim Associate II LU or Claim Representative I position may result in being re-classified to another position if available or withdrawal of the employment offer.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in handling claims, particularly in the realms of New Mexico Tort, civil rights, and property claims. This position operates on a hybrid model, offering flexibility with two days per week in-office work and participation in an on-call rotation schedule. The regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. As a Multi-Line Claim Adjuster, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, investigating, and resolving diverse claims efficiently and effectively.
