When field service and visits are necessary, the Loss Control Representative I position has minimal supervision as 80% of the Loss Control Representative’s time will be visiting clients and remaining portion of time is allocated to administrative responsibilities.

Is accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients and within our Corporate Claim Standards.
